Sometimes reading the Bible in a fresh perspective opens your eyes to a whole new understanding. That's what this retelling of the Bible in common language did for me. While it's very important to read scripture straight from the Bible, this storytelling method helped me see things in the Bible that I've never noticed before.  i love that!

So as long as someone is reading this as a complement to scripture, I think it will be a great tool. I hope it will inspire others to read scripture more thoroughly.

I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to know more about the Bible, male or female, adults or teens.
